The Music and Dance Program

For years, Lesbi has taught the children a traditional style of dancing. Lesbi and Tino have hired a marimba teacher who has taught the children to play. Now the dancers have accompaniment! 

The children perform at the Center and have also performed at various locations in Antigua, Panajachel, and Guatemala City.

When you visit, you can attend a performance, and afterwards, the children will teach you some dance steps and some childhood games from Guatemala. Contact them to book a performance when you are in Guatemala.
